Chow Mein Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 250 gr Noodles
  • 4 tbsp of Veg Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Colored Peppers
  • 100 gr Broccoli
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt

Chow Mein Sauce:

  • 5 tbsp of Soja Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar (or regular vinegar)
  • 2 tbsp of Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • ½ tbsp of Sugar
  • 1 tsp of Paprika Powder
  • 2 tsp Ginger Powder (or Grated Fresh Ginger)
