First, clean the outer leaves of the brussel sprouts and throw them in a bowl of water. After cleaning all of them, wash them thoroughly in a strainer.
In a pan, add olive oil, diced onions, garlic and diced carrots.
Then add the brussels sprouts and carrots and mix.
Add the salt, sugar and orange juice and mix well.
Add 1 glass of water to it and close the lid of the pot and cook on low heat until the water is absorbed.
Check the brussel sprouts, if they are cooked, turn off the stove, if not, add a little more water and cook. You can serve it warm or cold. Cold is tastier!!
