- 1 Onion
- 4 Colored Peppers
- 100 gr Broccoli
- 1 Egg
- Salt
Chow Mein Sauce:
- 5 tbsp of Soja Sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar (or regular vinegar)
- 2 tbsp of Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- ½ tbsp of Sugar
- 1 tsp of Paprika Powder
- 2 tsp Ginger Powder (or Grated Fresh Ginger)
