Ingredients:
For Kofte:
- 1 cup Fine Bulgur
- ½ cup Fine Semolina
- 1½ cups Boiling Water
- ½ cup Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp of Red Pepper Paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp of Dried Mint
- 1 tsp of Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika Powder
To boil:
- Plenty of Water
- Lots of Salt
For the Sauce:
- 3 tbsp of Veg Oil
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 2 tbsp of Tomato Paste
- 3 grated Tomatoes
- Salt
- Dried Mint
- Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp of Pomegranate Sauce
- 2 tbsp of Lemon Juice
