Easy Butter Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr Boneless Chicken Thighs
  • 2 tbsp of Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger (mashed)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (mashed)
  • ½ Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Ground Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp of Butter

For sauce:

  • 2 tbsp of Veg Oil
  • 2 Red Onions
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger (mashed)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (mashed)
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp of Ground Paprika
  • 1 tsp Tomato Paste
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup Cashews
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream

Garam Masala:

  • 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
  • 1 tsp Curry Spice
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Cumin
