HOMEMADE LUMPIA

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 Leeks
  • 2-3 Carrots
  • 500 g Cabbage
  • 200 gr Soybean Sprouts
  • 100 gr Glass Noodles (rice noodles)
  • 1 Chicken Breast (boiled)
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 2 tbsp of Oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Powdered Ginger
  • Paprika Powder
  • Chicken Bouillon
  • 2 tbsp of Soy Sauce
  • 15-25 Spring Roll Sheets
  • 1 tbsp Flour + 2 tbsp Water
  • Vegetable Oil to Fry the Loempia’s
